How to add Contact Form in Blogger Blog?

Contact forms are generally made using PHP, ASP, CGI etc and is possible only if your site is hosted on your own web server. But Blogger is just a blogging platform and user don't have access to the actual server.Don't worry there are lots of  third party tools.By using this tools you can add a contact form to your blogger blog with full functionality.I will show you next , how to do this.Among the various third party tools my favorite is GOTFORM Because of this features.

• Copy HTML to your web site
• Get responses by email.  

Go www.jotform.com and create a free account.

After that click in the My Forms tab and click in New Form button.

From the popup window check Form Sample radio button.From the drop down menu select Contact Us and hit continue.

After that you will get a predefined contact form .

Now click in the Source Code tab from the pop up window click on the advance button.

After that select Blog - Blogger and copy the code and paste it where you want to show your contact form.
